1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Purchase govern every order you place through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you are legally able to enter into a contract, and that the information you provide is accurate.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Who May Purchase
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business.
2.2 Resale
Products are sold for personal use. Purchasing with the intent to resell, or purchasing in quantities inconsistent with personal use, may result in cancellation.
3. Product Information
3.1 Descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as possible, including format, size, scent profile and intended use. Slight variations in color, texture and scent perception are normal and are not defects.
3.2 Not Medical Products
Our products are cosmetics. They cleanse, moisturize and control odor. They are not drugs or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority unless expressly stated.
3.3 Your Responsibility
Please read the ingredient list before use, particularly if you have known sensitivities. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care for a skin condition, consult a healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
4. Pricing, Currency and Promotions
4.1 Currency
All prices, taxes and refunds are stated and processed in USD (United States Dollars). Your bank may convert the amount to your local currency and may charge a conversion fee for which we are not responsible.
4.2 Promotional Offers
From time to time we run promotions, including sitewide events of up to 70% off. Unless stated otherwise:
- Discounts apply to merchandise only, not to shipping, taxes or gift cards.
- Offers cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
- Offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and while supplies last.
- Discounts are applied to the original list price shown on the product page.
4.3 Price Changes
Prices may change without notice. A change does not affect an order already accepted by us.
4.4 Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or systems error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order has been confirmed. We will always tell you why.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
5.1 Your Order Is an Offer
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel the order.
5.2 Verification
We may request additional verification before accepting an order, including confirmation of your identity, billing address or payment method. Failure to respond within a reasonable time may result in cancellation.
5.3 Reasons We May Decline an Order
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized card use.
- Previous payment disputes or chargeback abuse.
- Shipping to an address we cannot verify or serve.
- Quantities inconsistent with personal use.
- Product unavailability.
5.4 Cancellation by Us
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount charged, including any shipping paid, within 5-10 business days.
6. Payment Terms

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available methods may vary by country and may change without notice.

By submitting payment details, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and any shipping fees shown.

Prices may exclude sales tax, VAT or similar taxes, which are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. Where we state that duties are covered, those duties are ours to pay and are never billed to you separately.
6.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may hold the order until payment is resolved, or cancel it. Any bank fees charged to us as a result of a failed payment may be deducted from a subsequent refund.
7. Shipping, Title and Risk of Loss

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7.2 Title and Risk
Title to the products passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided, or to the carrier on your behalf where local law requires. Risk of loss passes at the same point.
7.3 Delivery Confirmation
Carrier tracking showing delivery to the address provided is conclusive evidence of delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have under the consumer protection law of your country of residence.
9. Subscriptions
9.1 How Subscriptions Work
If you choose a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency selected at checkout until you cancel.
9.2 Managing Your Subscription
You may change frequency, swap products, skip a delivery, pause or cancel at any time through our Contact page. Changes take effect from the next scheduled charge where the current charge is already being processed.
9.3 Price Changes
We may adjust subscription pricing. We will notify you before any change takes effect, and continued delivery after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.
10. Gift Cards and Store Credit
Gift cards and store credit are not redeemable for cash, cannot be reloaded, and are not refundable except where required by law. Promotional credit may carry an expiry date, which will be disclosed at issue.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, images, product names, logos, packaging design and underlying formulation information — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Purchasing a product does not transfer any ownership of intellectual property to you.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, products are provided as described and without additional warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Individual results vary. We do not guarantee that a product will perform identically for every person, which is precisely why we offer a 60-day return window.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
- Our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
15.2 Informal Resolution First
Before filing a claim, please contact us through our Contact page. Most disputes are resolved within days, and we would rather fix the problem than argue about it.
15.3 Arbitration
Where permitted by law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis.
15.4 Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you agree not to participate in a class action or representative proceeding against us.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, government action, power or internet outages, or supplier failures.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order governs that order. Material changes will be posted on this page.
